Ratan Tata, the former chairman of Tata Sons, refuted reports about his hospitalization following a drop in blood pressure and reassured his Instagram followers that he is doing well. According to hospital sources, the 86-year-old industrialist was admitted to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital in critical condition around 12:30-1:00 am.
In a post on Instagram, Ratan Tata explained that he is undergoing regular medical check-ups due to his age and reassured his followers that there is no cause for alarm.
“I am aware of the recent rumors regarding my health and want to reassure everyone that these claims are baseless. There is no need for concern. I am in good spirits,” he posted on Instagram, alleviating worries about his well-being.
He shared a similar message on X, captioning it, “Thank you for thinking of me.”
Ratan Tata garnered attention recently after selling 5% of his stake in the Mumbai-based stock broking startup Upstox, resulting in an impressive 23,000% return on his initial investment.
